TORRES DEL PAINE
In December 2002 we went from Ushuaia (the most southern city on the world) to Puerto Natales through Chile. In Torres del Paine National Park we hiked 5 days around the big circuit and the “W”. Beautiful.
From there another 4-5 days in a big ferry ship to Puerto Montt through the chilean fjords, and after dancing in open sea with big waves, we participate in a big popular vomit.

FUTALEUFU
In March 2003 I went alone to the World Class Futaleufú River. The car papers weren’t on my name so I had to left it at the border and I arrived hitchhiking to Futaleufú village with the police and the kayak.
I descended the 4 sections on my Perception “Method Air” kayak. “The Throne” V+ big rapid too, having to ferry above the Toaster surfing the huge Throne pillow (big rock in the middle of the river) to go back to the left better line. hehe, punchy punchy!
I worked in some trips of this mythic river. I remember a 91 years old grandfather we brought down on the raft, lonely traveller from USA in this not calm river.
At the end of the trip he went to the side and lift up his shorts on the right leg. I thought: "Is this man who invented this peeing technique?"
